Shipping is awful!!!! Purchased 8/2/25. Contacted seller on 8/8 regarding headband being shipped. Was told no later than 8/12 will be shipped. Label was created 8/12, item was finally shipped 8/14. Contacted seller again asking on 8/12 if item had been shipped, took 2 days for her to respond and she blamed usps for delay. Never apologized though headband wasn’t physically shipped until after initial ship date. Didn’t actually get the headband until 8/20, and the package was cut open!!! And I live in the same state as the seller! Very disappointed.
